Other Associated Services

Early Learning Program

Located at 50 Buller St Kingscote. A home visiting, family support service which is free. Fieldworkers focus on the wellbeing of parents and children by encouraging interaction and play in a nurturing environment.

It is a service for families with children from birth to 4 years. "Parents are the first and most important educators of their children". Open for public borrowing on Thursday afternoons by appointment only.

The fieldworker can be contacted on 08 8553 2904. The ELP Fieldworker can also be contacted for information about the times and venues of community playgroups.

Family Day Care

Family Day Care providers offer, flexible, affordable, accredited home based care for children from birth to 16yrs. Fieldworker visits monthly at 50 Buller St, Kingscote For care enquiries or home based childcare career information phone (08) 8552 1612 or 0401 121 770.

Playgroups

Kingscote play group is located at 50 Buller St, Kingscote.

The group meets every Friday from 10.30am to 12 midday during term times. The cost is 50 cents per child and a plate of light finger food to share for lunch.

Children from 0 to 6 years are welcome to come along and join in the fun activities being offered. Stella is the Playgroup co-ordinator, for more information telephone (08) 8553 2436.
